TuckTag is a private, local-first storage finder for iPhone and iPad. Your library does not live on a TuckTag server.

Email mmrhymaun@icloud.com. Include your iOS version, TuckTag version, what you expected, and what happened. Never attach a personal backup unless support explicitly asks and you are comfortable sharing its contents.

A label will not scan

Make sure the complete QR code is visible, reduce glare, and move the camera slightly farther away. TuckTag works without camera permission: type the short code printed beside the QR image or search your library manually.

Moving to a new device

On the old device, open Settings and export a complete backup. Save it somewhere you control. On the new device, open Settings and import that JSON backup. Import remains available in the free tier.

Restore TuckTag Pro

Open Settings, choose TuckTag Pro, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that bought it. If Apple reports no current verified purchase, TuckTag safely remains in free mode.

Backups and label sheets

TuckTag Pro can export a complete JSON backup and create printable multi-label PDF sheets. Files are shared only when you choose a destination in Apple's system interface.
