Share only information you intend your partner to receive. Do not use Soulmates to harass, surveil, or access another person’s information without consent. Sharing controls and unlinking stop future access as described in the Privacy Policy, but cannot recall copies already received.
Remote sharing needs compatible app versions, available internet and iCloud accounts, and the permissions you choose. Optional wellness sharing uses a separate encrypted relay. Apple’s scheduling, network availability, and device settings can delay or combine updates and alerts. Do not rely on Soulmates for emergency contact, medical monitoring, or guaranteed immediate delivery.
Soulmates Plus is optional; core pairing and relationship tools remain free. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The paywall shows the recurring price and billing interval. Manage or cancel through Apple account subscription settings, and restore eligible purchases from the app.
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app.
